The beautiful indoor and outdoor jacuzzi featured in a spacious family room added to the overall relaxation. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

the carrickdale is a lovely place with friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. we enjoyed the secret garden, which was a great spot for the kids to play. the tailored massage therapy at the spa was a highlight for me, as it really helped relieve my stress.

I had a nice break, but the breakfast was a bit average, and the shower access was tricky. The room was comfy with great views though. Chur for that!

stayed in the executive suite and it was amaaazin! super spacious and comfy. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. dinner was delicious and the restaurant staff, especially michelle, went above and beyond for our anniversary. loved the pool area too, but wish they'd keep it a lil cleaner. breakfast was a feast, so much variety!

the view from our room wasn’t great, and the bathroom could use a modern touch.

Take advantage of the serene Garden Bar for a relaxing drink. it's a pleasant retreat from the more crowded dining areas.

The outdoor hot tub overlooking the gardens was simply amazing! 🌺 Had a lovely family room, and the leisure facilities were great, but breakfast could've been better. A bit noisy from the main road too.

The outdoor hot tub offers a stunning view of beautifully landscaped gardens, providing a classy way to unwind after a long day. The leisure facilities are impressive, including a well-maintained pool that stands out as a highlight of the experience.

The layout of the hotel is a bit disjointed, with the need to traverse an underground tunnel or cross a busy road to access the leisure center, which could be inconvenient with mobility issues. the breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and lackluster quality that felt more reheated than freshly prepared. On top of that, the decor is somewhat dated, creating a vibe that might not meet modern expectations.

Family room spacious, mini-golf kept the kids busy. Breakfast options limited, service sometimes slow despite friendly staff.

great function space but crowded breakfast area

The Pinewood suite served as a great venue for my event, offering ample space that was well-suited for our function. I appreciated the dedicated water refill stations, which felt more sustainable than single-use bottles. I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor hot tub that provided an excellent atmosphere for relaxation after the event.

The breakfast area was quite crowded, and it had a low ceiling which made the room uncomfortably warm.
